i think its like a hidden mini game in the game like is mgs3 were your locked in th prison cell and if you save you go into a dream

I don't know what to make of it.
A MGO-level?
But it's no secret that some part of MGS4 will be in Shadow Moses, as revealed in the TGS-trailer from 2007. And this version looks a bit more... empty.

But the young Snake-model...
Well. We DID see a young Snake in one of the 2006-trailers. Wether or not we'll get to play as this young Snake still remains to be seen.
As for the part where Solid Snake kinda "wakes up", I think it's from something else in the game.
